Russia attacks Ukrainian port as Putin due to meet Erdogan to discuss resuming food shipments_我的网站

A |     Two people were hospitalized following a 3½-hour Russian drone barrage on a port in Ukraine's Odesa region on Sunday, officials said.The attack on the Reni seaport comes a day before Russian President Vladimir Putin is due to meet with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan to discuss the resumption of food shipments from Ukraine under a Black Sea grain agreement that Moscow broke off from in July.Russian forces fired 25 Iranian-made Shahed drones along the Danube River in the early hours of Sunday, 22 of which were shot down by air defenses, the Ukrainian air force said on Telegram.

     Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's chief of staff, Andriy Yermak, described the assault as part of a Russian drive "to provoke a food crisis and hunger in the world."Russia's Defense Ministry said in a statement that the attack was aimed at fuel storage facilities used to supply military equipment.

             

Putin and Erdogan's long-awaited meeting is due to take place in Sochi on Russia's southwest coast on Monday.                 Turkish officials have confirmed that the pair will discuss renewing the Black Sea grain initiative, which the Kremlin pulled out of six weeks ago.The deal — brokered by the United Nations and Turkey in July 2022 — had allowed nearly 33 million metric tons (36 million tons) of grain and other commodities to leave three Ukrainian ports safely despite Russia's war. However, Russia broke away from the agreement after claiming that a parallel deal promising to remove obstacles to Russian exports of food and fertilizer hadn't been honored.Moscow complained that restrictions on shipping and insurance hampered its agricultural trade, even though it has shipped record amounts of wheat since last year.                      The Sochi summit follows talks between the Russian and Turkish foreign ministers on Thursday, during which Russia handed over a list of actions that the West would have to take in order for Ukraine's Black Sea exports to resume.Erdogan has indicated sympathy with Putin's position. In July, he said Putin had "certain expectations from Western countries" over the Black Sea deal and that it was "crucial for these countries to take action in this regard."Elsewhere in Ukraine, two people were killed and two others were wounded during Russian shelling Sunday on the village of Vuhledar in the Donetsk area.Artillery fire hit eight settlements across the region, Ukraine's National Police wrote on Telegram.Ukrainian prosecutors also announced Sunday that they had opened a war crimes investigation into the death of a police officer killed by Russian shelling on the town of Seredyna-Buda on Saturday afternoon.Two other police officers and one civilian were wounded during the attack, which hit Ukraine's north-eastern Sumy region.

。    高超弹从天而降，首都又被炸，以色列这回，终于是有些撑不住了，虽然嘴上依旧强硬，但实际动作却明显“服软”了：直接非常罕见的释放了上千加沙俘虏，再次释放出明显的和解信号。据有关报道，近日，也门胡塞武装再次对以色列首都特拉维夫发动了猛烈轰炸，1枚巴勒斯坦2型高超音速导弹和4架远程无人机从天而降，给以色列造成了不小的损失和严重的恐慌情绪，显然，在胡塞武装具备极强突防能力的高超弹面前，现在即使是特拉维夫这样的城市，都根本无法保证自己的安全，以色列的防空系统现在面对胡塞武装的轰炸，已经是越来越有心无力。对此，以色列现在显然也是感到绝望了，开始明白自己即使是有美国、英国等美西方国家直接支持，也已经不可能通过军事手段打败也门胡塞武装。确实，胡塞武装虽然看起来十分“穷酸”，被戏称为“拖鞋军”，但其真实战力确实是太彪悍了，不仅有几十万骁勇善战的士兵，还拥有“手搓导弹”的能力，再加上一些神秘势力源源不断送来的各种无人机、工业品等，凭借着加沙地区复杂的山区地形，完全可以和美西方军队打到天荒地老。问题是，胡塞武装可以和美以打个几年甚至是几十年，现在这样严重不对称的损失和消耗下，美国和以色列还能撑多久呢？所以，要想彻底解决胡塞武装对自己的威胁，以及对红海地区的袭击给自己造成的经济损失，自己必须要换个方式方法了，而这个办法很显然，只能是答应胡塞武装的诉求，迅速在加沙地区实现停火了。据路透社有关报道，近日，在卡塔尔首都多哈举行的谈判中，以色列罕见表态，对于停止对加沙的进攻，释放1300名加沙地区俘虏和囚犯，换取哈马斯释放以色列33名人质的提议松了口。而在这一协议成功生效后16天，以色列和哈马斯双方还将进行更进一步的谈判，届时一旦双方达成最终协议，以色列便将彻底停火，哈马斯方面也将释放自己手中的全部人质。明眼人都能看出，这一次，以色列终于是做出了重大让步，拿出了一定的和平诚意出来，若是一切顺利，以色列不再反复的话，看来这一次，加沙地区的和平曙光真的是要到来了。当然，以色列这显然不是“良心发现”，此前一步都不肯让，对加沙地区始终抱着巨大野心的内塔尼亚胡政府，之所以现在突然做出这么重大的让步，又是主动释放人质，又是承诺彻底停火，说到底还是被胡塞武装打怕了，希望借加沙地区的停火让胡塞武装彻底丧失攻击自己的理由，从而实现自己和胡塞武装的全面停火，重新打通红海航道，这才是根本原因。不得不说，以色列这一次的“认怂服软”，再一次证明了“以斗争求和平，则和平存”这句话确实是真理，特别是在当今美西方霸权主义肆无忌惮霸凌世界各国的情况，更是这样，一味对美西方妥协退让，只会主张其贪婪侵略之心，只有坚定斗争，战斗到底，才能够争取到真正的尊严和自身权利。总而言之，还是希望这一次巴以、红海等地区能够真的迎来和平吧，毕竟这场战争给中东人们带来的损失和伤亡实在是太惨重了，截止到现在，加沙地区已经有四万多名武装人员和民众死亡，十多万人受伤，这样惨重的伤亡和其他各类损失，加沙人民显然还需要很长的时间才能够慢慢恢复过来，和平来临的越早，战争最终所造成的损失也就相对越小一些。
